Ao tentar iniciar o MSCONFIG recebe a seguinte mensagem

“Windows can not find msconfig”

Verificar no registro do Windows
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\MSCONFIG.EXE = não possui está pasta.
Em cima da pasta App Paths \ novo \ chave \ criamos
MSCONFIG.EXE
Valor padrão
Dados de Valor = c:\Windows\Pchealth\helpctr\binaries\msconfig.exe

Reiniciar a maquina e tentar acessar o MSCONFIG se gerar um outro erro

CD do Windows no driver
Iniciar / executar / cmd (enter)
Expand d:\i386\msconfig.ex_ c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\msconfig.exe (enter)
Expand d:\i386\brpinfo.dl_ c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\brpinfo.dll (enter)
Expand d:\i386\hcappres.dl_ c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\hcappres.dll (enter)
Expand d:\i386\helpctr.ex_ c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\helpctr.exe (enter)
Expand d:\i386\helphost.ex_ c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\helphost.exe (enter)
Expand d:\i386\helpsvc.ex_ c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\helpsvc.exe (enter)
Expand d:\i386\hscupd.ex_ c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\hscupd.exe (enter)

Duplo clique me My Computer (Meu Computador)
Tools (Ferramentas)

Folder Options (Opções de pastas)
Files Types (Tipos de Arquivos)
Selecione “File Folder (Pasta de Arquivo)”
Advanced (Avançado)

New (Novo)

Action (Ação) / Digite “open”
Application used to perform action (Aplicativo usado para executar a ação)
”C:\Windows\explorer.exe” / OK

Agora as pastas abriram normalmente.
